Eco-Psychology Special Interest Group Winter Solstice Special Event

The Eco-Psychology Special Interest Group (SIG) is delighted to host one of Southern California’s most beloved poets and poetry teachers, Brendan Constantine, for a special winter solstice/eco-poetry event on December 13!

Brendan, brilliant, funny and engaging poetry instructor on the teaching staffs of LACMA, Windward School, Beyond Baroque and Idyllwild Arts Foundation, is known for his ability to create a comfortable and creative environment for non-poets, first-time poets, as well as experienced poets. With his trademark stock of fun poetry games and intriguing prompts, Brendan will lead us in writing and enjoying seasonally-based poetry to channel our winter season reflections, as well as climate/eco emotions in general. No one will be required to share the pieces they start in the meeting, though sharing will be encouraged for those who would like.  Please join us!  RSVP’s are welcome to Cynthia at [email protected]
