Abstract: When does relationship uncertainty become Relationship OCD? This presentation explores how obsessional doubt, reassurance seeking, and covert compulsions can create a cycle that keeps clients stuck. Participants will learn to distinguish ROCD from normative relationship concerns and apply practical ERP and ACT strategies to target compulsions, reduce accommodation, and support meaningful recovery.
