Dear Colleagues,
You are invited to attend what promises to be a unique opportunity for our next Assessment SIG Meeting, which will be held at Noon, Monday, May 20. Tracy L. Carlis, Ph.D., will give a presentation entitled, The Psychopathology Underlying Adoptee Parricide (the killing of a parent or other near relative). As a licensed clinical psychologist, she has served as an expert witness in adoption and Capital murder cases involving adoptee parricides and will be providing attendees with a rare insight designed to deepen our understanding of this at-risk population.
We now have an internal membership directory to help assessors communicate and refer to colleagues (you must have attended at least one SIG meeting to be able to register). As such, we will forgo introductions except for new members to provide maximal time for Dr. Carlis to give her presentation and for subsequent questions and discussion.

Please try to avoid registering at the last minute. Previous attendees who did this did not always receive a link to attend in time.
