Dear LACPA Member,
Have you considered contributing to the growth and vibrancy of our professional community while earning credits for your psychologist licensure renewal? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join the LACPA Networking Committee, a team dedicated to providing networking opportunities both professionally and socially. We curate events where you can learn, share, and interact with fellow psychologists, creating a dynamic and enriching environment. By joining, you can contribute to our main events or even become a Neighborhood Networking Leader, designing your own networking events. We offer flexibility in involvement, with time commitments ranging from a mere 4 hours a year up to 10 hours, depending on your role. As an added bonus, your involvement in this committee will contribute to your CE/CPD activity requirements for psychologist licensure renewal. Service on psychological association boards or committees is a qualifying professional service, so your time with us is indeed time well-spent. To offer you a taste of our work, we're hosting a luncheon on Sunday, August 13th at 11 am at León & Lily in Woodland Hills a favorite among our members. It's a wonderful chance to meet the team and discover what being a part of the Networking Committee entails. RSVP required and please let us know by August 9th if you are planning to join us.
