Topic: Embodied Spirituality: Mindfulness and Somatic Practices

Description: Embodied spirituality is a gateway to both self and others and can be accessed through mindfulness and somatic practices. In this short session, Dr. Shiffman will integrate experiential exercises within an explicit somatic framework. Participants will understand how and when to approach working with the body in order to increase groundedness and connection in themselves and their clients.
