Yingying Liu, B.S. is a second-year clinical psychology doctoral student with an emphasis on neuropsychology. She is currently learning neuropsychological assessment at her practicum site and volunteering with the TBI community. She is interested in acquired brain injury rehabilitation and would love to bring love, hope, energy, and support into the community!

Photo of Chase Keyler Student Liasion

 

Chase Keyler is a first-year clinical psychology doctoral student at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology. He earned his M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology and has extensive experience in working with children, teens, and young adults. Some of his clinical interests include working with neurodiverse populations, mood disorders, and suicidality.

Photo of Ana Ureña-Rosario Student Liasion

 

Ana Ureña-Rosario is a doctoral student at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University (AIU), San Diego. Ana earned a master's degree in School Psychology at Queens College in New York and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Ana is interested in contributing to advancing education, developing equal opportunities for all, and integrating mental health services for students and their families in various school settings, including elementary through higher education.

As a graduate student, Ana has been a leader of many student and professional organizations in numerous capacities, including student government president of the local AIU San Diego campus. As the Chief Administrative Officer, Ana served her university’s student community through the system-wide student government. As a student leader, Ana worked closely with school leaders and other school officials through several committees and interest groups to provide support to all students.

Through her leadership experience, Ana learned the importance of participating in critical conversations where changes and growth happen in the professional community and society. Ana is strongly committed to being part of a team, selfless, and genuine desire to help others.

Mission Statement: LACPA’s Student Leadership Committee is dedicated to providing student members with opportunities for professional growth via student-focused events and networking opportunities. The Student Committee is led by our Student Liaisons who represent student interests on the LACPA Board of Directors.

The LACPA Student Leadership Committee is dedicated to sponsoring student-centered events that take a "for us--by us approach." Navigating the twists and turns of higher education is not easy, and we are here to help offer a flashlight or two when and where we can.
